Bowman Consulting was contracted to provide design services for a community center, pool, patio, pavilion, lawn area, maintenance building and all associated parking. Scope of services extended from feasibility/site planning, grading and final engineering services. Plan production and approvals were achieved in an expedited manner to meet the client’s critical deadlines.
Meuse Forest Residential Subdivision
Bowman Consulting was contracted to provide design services for 132 townhomes. Scope of services extended from feasibility/site planning, grading and final engineering services. The existing infrastructure, topography and wetlands provided many challenges; however, Bowman Consulting’s talented design team was able to navigate these obstacles and provide creative solutions contributing to the success of the project. Plan production and approvals were achieved in an expedited manner to meet the client’s critical deadlines.
Old Meade Heights
