8,500-acre ALTA/ACSM land survey of Planet Ranch in Western Arizona, including the recovery of approximately 80 sectional corner and boundary monuments. Subsequent topographic survey was performed based on the ALTA control, including cross-sections and detailed topography of the existing farm fields and erosion patterns caused by river flows. The site lies within 12 Sections, 3 Townships and 2 Counties straddles the Bill Williams River and is adjacent to BLM property and National Wildlife Refuges.
