Eastgate Senior Center

As part of the Eastgate Family Housing project which received a $20 million HOPE VI grant from the District of Columbia Housing Authority, the Eastgate Senior Center will provide a premier independent living center for D.C.’s senior community.
Bowman Consulting was retained to provide survey, planning, and civil engineering services for the project. Preliminary layouts were developed, a PUD plan set was provided, and final construction drawings were prepared and processed through approval by the District of Columbia.
