Bowman Consulting provided project management services for this mixed-use development, located along Route 7 in the Lansdowne Community of Loudoun County. The first phase of this development includes approximately 155,000 square feet of retail development in 15 buildings in a Town Center design with a Harris Teeter food store anchor. Phase II of this development will include multi-story office buildings and a hotel.
Bowman Consulting provided planning, surveying and civil engineering services. From initial site layouts through final site plan approvals, this project included full frontage improvements to Belmont Ridge Road including traffic signalization at Promenade Street. Bowman Consulting also provided full construction administration services and coordination of record documents for road release.
