Plan Review and Inspections
Fort Belvoir, Virginia
The U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to plan, operate and construct military family housing communities for Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Virginia. The initial development plan, which spans eight years, includes the demolition and replacement of 1,630 homes and the renovation of 170 historically significant homes on Fort Belvoir.
Bowman Consulting is providing third party plan review of the civil and infrastructure drawings along with construction and final inspections. This includes on-site inspections of several thousand linear feet of storm sewer installations along with water lines and sanitary sewer lines. Monitoring of pressure acceptance testing and TV inspections of the lines and final review of all as-built drawings are included components of the overall project.
