Bowman Consulting is more than just an engineering firm. We're also members of our community - and since our inception, we've been committed to giving back to the community in which we work. As a company and as individuals, we have made varied contributions to numerous charitable organizations throughout the area.

We are also proud to be associated with an outstanding locally-based organization, Homestretch, that's tackling the important issue of transitional housing for homeless families with children under 18 in Fairfax County. Since 1990, Homestretch has been recognized for its success and fiscal responsibility, and in 2004 was named the Best Housing Program in Virginia.

Bowman Consulting is supporting the mission of Homestretch with financial contributions, and by helping the organization pursue opportunities to expand its services in Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. In addition, we are encouraging our employees to become personally involved in such activities for Homestretch as collection drives for supplies for kitchen and school and gifts and supplies for families during the holiday season. And, because Homestretch has no immediate plans for a presence in suburban Maryland, we are looking for similar organizations with which to partner there.
